If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges below.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within one (1) day for any reason, provided the goods have not already been shipped or if we haven’t started work on your customised order.

To cancel an eligible order, simply let us know your decision clearly by emailing us at [email protected].

We’ll reimburse you within 10 days of the acceptance of the cancellation request. We’ll use the same payment method you used for your order, and you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Once shipping has begun or work has commenced on your order, cancellation is subject to our return and exchange policies detailed below.

Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the goods received are not as described on our website. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The goods were delivered within the last 3 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • The product hasn’t been used or damaged
  • You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase
Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for an exchange of the same item.

Other Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another reason (such as size, colour, or preference), please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order. Exchange approval is at our discretion and subject to product availability.

To initiate an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange and your preferred replacement.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Goods unsealed after delivery that can’t be returned for health/hygiene reasons
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items
Special Non-Returnable Items

Some specific items may be designated as non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These will be clearly identified:

  • In the item description
  • On the product packaging
  • In the product description
  • On your receipt or invoice

For items marked as non-returnable, our standard return and exchange policy won’t apply. You’ll be informed about non-returnable status before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of merchandise that doesn’t meet our conditions.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded, unless required by applicable law.

Returning or Exchanging Goods

Tinplum will arrange for the return pickup of your item from the original delivery address, through our authorised logistics partner. Please do not seal the package before the pickup. The logistics partner will inspect the contents of the package and seal it in your presence to ensure that the correct item is being returned and to maintain transparency throughout the process. This helps us provide a smooth and secure return experience for all our customers.

In the event that a return pickup by our logistics partner is not possible at your location, we kindly request that you send the item directly to us at our designated address mentioned below. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange as per our policy. We can’t be responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping, so we recommend using an insured, trackable mail service. We can’t issue refunds or exchanges without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
