How do I care for my Tinplum products?

Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, our ceramics are dishwasher-safe (unless specified), wooden items should be dry wiped and occasionally oiled, and textiles have individual care instructions.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within India takes 5-7 business days. Made-to-order items take longer; expected delivery times are mentioned on the product page.

How are fragile items packaged?

All ceramic and delicate items are carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes with cushioning. We also provide transit insurance for safe delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over ₹2,500 within India.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

For eligible products, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom and commissioned pieces, and certain other items are not eligible for return unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take full responsibility for shipping damage. Contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
